Pros
Steady hours. Shuttle drivers have a bit of freedom. Home daily. Maybe things have changed since buyout. Maybe different yards are better as far as management goes.
Cons
Expected to rush to get loads delivered. When accidents happen, you are charged for the damage. There was much favoritism at the yard. Some people could do no wrong. Lazer Spot uses some law to avoid paying overtime to their employees. I worked 50hrs a week and it was all paid as straight time. Had one day off a week with my schedule. This is unacceptable. Pay is low. Benefits were expensive.
