There is flexibility for management/corporate employees 11 holidays Everyone seemed nice.

Cons

3% match - 6 years to be vested - The company doesn't have to worry about matching; they don't keep people around long enough for the employee to be fully vested. 2 weeks PTO Communication is broken, and snap decisions are made without fully thinking through the problem. Sitting in front of the computer for over 8 hours with the video on for 2-3 months is required-$19/hr WFH.
