Management treats you like nothing but a number, EXTREME favoritism, the night shift is barely even recognized, the place makes you hate going to work but they don't pay you enough to call off, they can't keep employee's worth a dang really, no work/life balance, barely any pay, they let go of the one good manager they had because she wasn't selling enough. Which is funny because Matt didn't even make LeafFilter, Master Shield did but okay.. The owner makes 2mill or more a month, and drives a Ferrari and yells at people for parking next to it. This place is a joke and I hope they know who I am. Everyone who works there has already given up on life so why shouldn't you.
