'Okay' starting salary. Most of the employees are nice to work with.

Management is extremely unprofessional. As a man, even I'm disgusted with some of the things I hear management say about women. Truly vile and misogynic. Surprisingly though, it appears to be tolerated. HR doesn't seem concerned by it, so I'm not sure what's up with that. They do a lot of black hat marketing tactics. Even on here, a lot of the 5-stars reviews are 100% coming from management asking us to write good reviews. This is why I've decided to leave an honest review. I'm mostly just warning people to be prepared for favoritism, a total boy's club mentality. The marketing and sales tactics are shady at best and it's a little disheartening to feel as though you're helping to rip people off. If you can handle that, then you may enjoy it here. I don't imagine I'll be here much longer.
