Pros
Awesome teammates, collaborative environment at the IC level
Cons
Working at Leap was a descent into madness. The leadership, if you can even call it that, is a perfect storm of incompetence, ego, and sheer ignorance. The CEO and top executives lead with a cult-like fervor, treating themselves as untouchable gods while the rest of us suffer the consequences of their ineptitude. Decisions are made on a whim, with no regard for logic, strategy, or even basic common sense. It's a wonder the company hasn't imploded under the weight of their incompetence. Adding insult to injury is the rampant misogyny that infects every corner of the organization. Women are systematically marginalized, their talents squandered, and their voices silenced. It's a toxic boys' club where meritocracy is just a punchline, and the only thing that matters is how well you fit into the old boys' network. As for work-life balance, forget about it. The company expects unwavering devotion and loyalty, with no regard for personal well-being or boundaries. It's a toxic environment that chews up and spits out anyone who dares to prioritize their own needs over the company's insatiable demands. In conclusion, Leap is a cesspool of toxic leadership and misogyny. Unless you enjoy being treated like a second-class citizen and having your humanity stripped away, steer clear of this dumpster fire of a company.
