We take all feedback seriously and would appreciate the opportunity to address your points offline as there seems to be a disconnect between your review of the company's product strategy and what has recently been communicated in our most recent Town Hall meeting. It is important to note that the views expressed in your review do not reflect the current climate at Learnosity. According to the feedback from our most recent Engagement Survey conducted in May 2024: Our overall engagement score is the highest the company has ever had, sitting at 73%, only 2 points below our company target; 84% of employees would recommend Learnosity as a great place to work; 79% believe that the leaders at Learnosity have communicated a vision that motivates them; 84% of employees feel proud to work for Learnosity. At Learnosity, we foster a culture of transparency and we are committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment for all our employees. We have several initiatives in place to promote collaboration, transparency and employee wellbeing, including: Increased transparency and communication from leadership through our State of the Union (Town Hall) meetings; Coffee with the Founders; Engagement Surveys; Monthly updates; Success Connections bi-annual check-ins.
