Pros

LeaseAccelerator has phenomenal benefits and perks that come with working for the company such as free lunch a few days out the week, sponsored company outings and a great benefits package. Plenty of work for everyone to do but LA offers a promising career path for all who join. The only thing that could make the office better is a game room with at least a pool and ping pong table. Other than that they have everything else.

Cons

Initial new hire training could be better and kept simple for new hires that don't have an accounting background.
