Pros
Strong infrastructure and technically solid products. Talented engineers and product managers who genuinely want to move the company forward.
Cons
Marketing is completely broken. More than half of the Brand and Communication team has left in the past year, which says everything about the situation. The Brands and Communication Leadership lacks skills and experience in marketing technical products. There is no strategy, no direction, and no accountability. Campaigns are poorly planned, disconnected from product goals, and deliver no measurable results. Instead of enabling growth, marketing slows everything down. Product Managers are forced to handle messaging, go-to-market planning, and positioning because marketing fails to do it. Leadership ignores the issue even though the attrition should be a clear warning sign. Internal communication is weak, and morale within the marketing team is very low.
