That's a good question!! My manager is awesome, but apart from that???

Cons

You'll never ever get any bonus, inflation compensation or salary increase (meaning above inflation rate). They do yearly review which are just a big joke. CEO is good at picturing how catastrophic the situation is to try to justify not even compensating for inflation. High turn over: people don't stay long once they figured out they have no future in that company.
