      Pros

      People are very good to work with and open to extra curricular team building activities. If ever in doubt they are willing to help with a second opinion.

      Cons

      Expectations are high and work flow needs to remain consistent, or subject review by upper management. I've found some people that are not so easy to work with, but casual run-in's and collaboration bring them to the table.
