Field staff get treated like second class citizens. Office staff needs are prioritised over all else. Upper management refuse to give all pay increases includings inflation. Upper management refuse to assist immigrants. All social activities are geared towards office staff. An Us and Them management style is consistently portrayed. Transfers are constantly blocked with no explanation. HR will just do whatever management say. Hates Unions except fake unions like Clac which they wave around to say they are pro union. To many things to write.
