- Salaries are decent - Benefits are pretty good - Some of the employees are a great time - Good open space setup

- Bad communication - Bad organization - No solid procedures in place - Disorganization - Managers micro-manage which is never a good thing - Not a healthy work environment, managers keep eyes on everyone if they leave their desk, even if you have health issues and need a break from sitting and need to stretch your legs. - Company is stuck in the older corporate system
