Cons
Lots of changes happening in the last two years in this company. The culture is somewhat dysfunctional between HR, IS and Finance departments. Executives are not in sync and do not provide alot of direction or clarity. Turnover is very high in HR. Almost all of the mid level managers and Directors have changed over. Lots of challenges with knowledge retention. Never ending projects with poor communication cause confusion. New roles and positions do not have clearly defined responsibilities. Too many consultants around for extended stays without clear understanding to their purpose. There is a sense of fear amongst employees about what is happening next. Not alot of engagement or trust in the executives given the ongoing changes and departures.
