Truly bad management, Its' everyone's fault but theirs that the company is sinking They brainwash young people to leave school and join them to do door to door sales Ledcor needs to get rid of this division *Ledcor Technical Services before it's too late LTS has had more than 3 /4 Sales Directors that lasted less than 6 months (no one stays) It's revolving door, people come and go! They make you look, feel and work like a ROBOT (you fall asleep at work) so boring! Really Bad Company!
