Poor experience getting started - Administrative Assistant Ledcor Employee Review

The training style of the various departments I have worked in/had experience with have a lot of work to do to make things better. It's very much up to you to figure out how what your job is about, unless you get "buddied" up with someone, who is willing to go above and beyond. When it comes to being a part of the support staff, career advancement is difficult. If you do change departments/get promoted, don't expect to get a raise right away. Even when you are promoted they are "performance based." which means you still might only get a 3-5% increase from what you are currently making. Aside from those pretty major things. It's a great work atmosphere for the most part.
