Pros
Going to work with people at your level is one of the strongest pros. You don’t go to work every day for management or the company.
Cons
- No diversity at the executive level, even with so many changes over the years. - Genuine or authentic leadership is impossible to find - mostly looking for their big bonuses and raises while the rest have to deal with average or below average recognition. - The interest to make a better company is more grass roots than from the top - resulting in little movement forward. - Lots of system changes lately without a lot of communication explaining why. Could be good but just causes a huge amount of frustration. - Most departments are doing ok work, but even with changes, they are doing things that are 10 years old. Don’t expect any real innovation here. - Appears to be an exodus of people at different times in departments, especially LTS
