Sense of culture and spirit within teams is average. Free lunch and pizza with projects. Long weekends, time off and vacations are good.
Cons
Outside of individual teams, relationships are defined by ego centric leadership vested in personal gain. The share plan is unreachable for most people. There are lots of poor behaviours between peers competing for top positions. Be careful about the performance management process - it's more about opinion shopping than true job and performance evaluation. Salary increases are subjective and not based on merit. Pay is falling behind similar companies in the industry. Professional development is difficult to get from your manager if you're no a favorite. Excessive number for VP's in this company and way too many people in administration roles. Organization structure is odd with C-Level executives reporting into each other. Organizational goals and objectives are not clear or communicated well. Leaders do not follow the company values and policies, then they break then and make excuses for themselves.
