- Health and Safety - Many of the drivers don’t have a full drivers license and lack experience. ( Explains the high amount of vehicle repairs and collisions). - High employee churn rate ( people constantly coming and going). - Wage, the bulk of the employees earn less than a thousand bi - weekly. - Politics, you have to know someone in order to move up, education/qualifications don’t matter. It’s all about who you know. Hence the term often used is “boys club”. - Employee engagement has gone from good to non existent. People are only are here for a pay-check. Lack of standards, makes this not a place I would recommend working.
