Zilch training. No team spirit, top to bottom. No workload management. Team meetings are more chit-chat than actual work talk. And whatever little work talk there is, is people dictating stuff from a pedestal for others to do. Clueless and Uncouth management will throw new employees into the deep end and then bark at every small mistake they make. Making mountains out of molehills. Each one for their own, and if someone has to help new employees, they snitch to management, who then ridicule new employees for not being up to the mark. Management talks about the importance of taking vacation throughout my short tenure but does not approve or communicate reason for rejecting vacation. VERY DISCRIMINATORY. No wonder the turnover in the team is so high. DO NOT JOIN. EVER!
