Laid off with no notice - Aerial Lineman Ledcor Employee Review

Management is clueless, unorganized, and has no trust in their laborers, 9 people laid of with no notice. Poor communication from managament due to their own lack of knowledge. We were told we were exceeding our goals and taken out of an employee appreciation breakfast on Tuesday and then on Thursday 9 of us were laid of by email and management refused to come face to face with us. When we did see management they admitted they'd been fighting for our jobs for a while and still decided not to warn us our jobs were in jeopardy
