      -Excellent benefits -depending on the team can have a good team

      Cons

      -Lacking diversity ( causing clicks of the same culture to stick together) -overworked -not enough pay for the amount of work -too many field supers and not enough coordinator support causing a revolving door of coordinators due to work and pay.
