Starting salary is good for new grads and if you are able to get in the inner circle you can keep getting a raise. Good spot to start your career and learn the industry
Cons
The inclusion programs are a sham. The ones that get promoted are the ones willing to take advantage of others and often resemble upper management. Very informal way of assigning projects leaving room for bias and Nepotism. If you are a woman, be prepared for a unique experience where if you object to anything, your performance is suddenly under review and you will be gone soon. If you are lucky they might pay you to leave. Non disclosure forms/ releases are used to make sure you never speak of what happened. Their image remains intact while Ledcor applies for inclusion awards with their superficial campaigns. The ones who have experiences were not to inclusive can't speak about it.
