I’ve had a great experience working with The Leddy Group during my current temp-to-hire placement. From the start, Molly B. was fantastic to work with—she was incredibly professional, responsive, and proactive. She quickly coordinated an interview with the third-party company I’m now working with, making the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Molly was also great at answering any questions I had along with searching out for the answers she did not have, no matter how small, and helped make the onboarding process seamless. I truly felt supported every step of the way. I’d definitely recommend The Leddy Group to anyone looking for a staffing agency that genuinely cares about placing you in the right role and supporting you throughout the process.

The temp-to-hire model naturally comes with some uncertainty, as there's always a chance the client company may choose not to bring you on permanently. However, that's just part of how the process works and isn’t a reflection on The Leddy Group
