Was a good place to work when leadership aligned with the vision& mission.
Cons
Newer leadership consistently demonstrated poor examples of acceptable behavior & nothing was done to address it. Long term employees were instead, bullied & sometimes terminated. Many others feared retaliation, so they tolerated the behavior

- Managment is exceptional well at working with individuals to help them improve
- The pay and benefits are well suited for corporate IT
Cons
- Working in corporate IT, you are siloed due to the vast number of employees and end users in the organization.
