if u get a new supervisor that wants her bottom line to look good, she will systematically find ways to get rid of her higher paid employees and replace them w new untrained employees at a much lower rate. that happened to me and the year i left the manager got "rid" of 63 people, including a doctor. I am not one to suck up but I do my job in a timely manner. I am now re employable at Lee and would love to work there again,
