      Pros

      Lee Health is a great place to work, as a community based hospital system. They are eager on new techniques and protocols, and if you can continuously grow and get paid more (5% a year) if you work hard and dedicate yourself.

      Cons

      It is very hard to change or get anything done. There are so many small issues in the workplace, that seem like you must jump thru 50 hoops to accomplish anything.

      Pros

      Centrally located and proximity to home. Staff friendly, for the most part.

      Cons

      System directors are narcissistic and egotistical. Business practices are not standardized. Business staff lacks initiative. Management lacks the ability to lead and organize staff. Some conversations contain unethical practices.
