      Great Benefits, prescriptions service, onsite employee health. Employee oriented. Management is very good and show care for employees and families.

      Cons

      Needs bonuses for productivity and or merit increases and probably a higher salary to compete with rest of hospitals or same companies, advancement in medical career will be excellent

      Centrally located and proximity to home. Staff friendly, for the most part.

      Cons

      System directors are narcissistic and egotistical. Business practices are not standardized. Business staff lacks initiative. Management lacks the ability to lead and organize staff. Some conversations contain unethical practices.
