Pros

Original Director and staff started out great until they moved someone uneducated into the CM department.

Cons

They obviously don't do background checks on their admin staff. They scrape to find false accusations to write up staff and fire them. They expect their secretaries to train their directors. Hazardous environment at best.

There are a few ways to reduce, if not eliminate these experiences. Those include, but are not limited to: using the chain of command, contacting employee relations who serve as a neutral party, call the compliance hotline and complete employee satisfaction surveys. Our HR Business Partners role is to collaborate with department leaders, employee relations and executive leadership to resolve issues that pop up or are trending with high turnover and poor employee satisfaction scores. Our selection and hiring practices are quite thorough and include intensive interviewing practices, background checks, as well as a psychological assessment for supervisors and above. This is the best way to hire the right matches for roles. It is our mission to constantly improve our processes to provide the best services for our customers.

Cons

- Working in corporate IT, you are siloed due to the vast number of employees and end users in the organization.
