Pros

Low cost health insurance in area, 5% retirement match

Cons

No paid holidays, must use PTO for holidays, PTO is low compared to surrounding employers, not flexible with scheduling shifts, no 4 or 3 day option for outpatient employees, limited part time positions, mostly full time or per diem, no option to take time off without pay, must use pto if available. High turnover rate.

Pros

Centrally located and proximity to home. Staff friendly, for the most part.

Cons

System directors are narcissistic and egotistical. Business practices are not standardized. Business staff lacks initiative. Management lacks the ability to lead and organize staff. Some conversations contain unethical practices.
