      Pros

      Co workers were great and I can't think of anything else.

      Cons

      I worked as an RN for over 10 years. It is a horrible place to work. There idea of management is to bully their employees. It has a low Medicare rating because it is dangerously understaffed. They own 98% of hospital beds in Lee County and they act like it. So glad to have moved.

      Pros

      Centrally located and proximity to home. Staff friendly, for the most part.

      Cons

      System directors are narcissistic and egotistical. Business practices are not standardized. Business staff lacks initiative. Management lacks the ability to lead and organize staff. Some conversations contain unethical practices.
