We hope that you take advantage of the Town Hall meetings that Nursing Leadership is sponsoring throughout the health system, as well as participating in the upcoming Employee Satisfaction Survey. It's disturbing to hear you feel like you're treated as a number. This is the opposite of our mission and ExceptionalLee Promise. We understand our patient volumes over the winter were much higher than anticipated and caught all of us off guard. We want you to know that the great majority of team members at Lee Health really do care about you and all staff. In fact, countless team members feel this is their home away from home because of the partnerships and relationships we build together as we move through challenges and celebrate successes. We sincerely appreciate you and your service and dedication to the patients in our community.
