Not impressed with management - CST II Lee Health Employee Review

Management. Communication was terrible between the manager and educator. The educator tried very hard to get me oriented and management kept trying to cut my time on orientation. Management also needs to keep their word. Having my shift given away to a “more senior” employee was crap. I only took the job for the hours and the shift diff (which was going to pay for my gas). Pay. Offer made by HR was over a dollar less than what I had been making and HR blamed it being Florida. You’re a level 1 trauma hospital. Pay your people what they deserve to be paid.
