      The benefits are good. Also they all for their staff to continue their education, and they have a good contribution yearly depending in which profession in the medical field you want to get a degree.

      Cons

      They practically control Lee County owning 3 hospitals in Fort Myers, and 1 in Cape Coral, neighbor city. It makes the pay rate be very low, because there is no competition, and they are not union too.

      - Working in corporate IT, you are siloed due to the vast number of employees and end users in the organization.
