      Pros

      The best reason I currently work at Lee Memorial is that is is convenient to my family.

      Cons

      Management does not take staff seriously. Our patient census has been low lately and we have been floating to different unit to have to pick up maintain our hours. We are not getting proper training on these units we are floating to and we are having to make the judgement of whether it will put our license on the line.

      - I have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of people with different experiences. - Managment is exceptional well at working with individuals to help them improve - The pay and benefits are well suited for corporate IT

      - Working in corporate IT, you are siloed due to the vast number of employees and end users in the organization.
