Offices are run by nurses who you report to. The leadership is tyrannical and if you speak out or advocate for yourself they target you and make your life miserable. They do not value their providers or what they bring to the table or the quality of care they provide to their patients. The workload is astronomical with heavy amounts of after hours work required unless you’re willing to cut quality of care in order to get admin work done in between patients. They are unyielding and unwilling to work with providers. Their retention rate is DEPLORABLE because of the poor working environment. If you’re willing to put up with unhealthy working hours for a couple years so that you can get some savings or pay off loans, you can do that here but don’t expect a healthy work life balance.
