      Pros

      Job Security Good Benefits Good Pay In general, good people to work with (this can be dependent on which department you work in, though; I was lucky to have a solid, but small, team to work with)

      Cons

      Ridiculously understaffed and overwhelmed during season. Too many middle-management/administration employees who have not had the experience in direct patient care. For some reason, decided against opening a facility in the rapidly-growing Estero/Bonita Springs area.

      - I have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of people with different experiences. - Managment is exceptional well at working with individuals to help them improve - The pay and benefits are well suited for corporate IT

      - Working in corporate IT, you are siloed due to the vast number of employees and end users in the organization.
