Pros
Great benefits. Insurance, paid time off, etc. One of the best benefits is for education. They do tuition reimbursement and advancement for critical positions. Lots of room to move around in the company.
Cons
Salaries are notoriously low. My coworkers call this the sunshine tax. Don't even consider PRN. They only pay one low flat rate - even in the critical care areas. And PRN has no benefits. Ridiculous! At least do part time to get some benefit s and the same salary as everyone else.
