Pros
The staff was great to work with. They all worked hard under stressful leadership at the top. Always very fearful of losing their job. No where else to work in Lee County.
Cons
The CIO was a bully and the directors were all afraid of him! He would belittle you in front of others. I am sure the employee satisfaction surveys were terrible for this department. LMHS did not care!!
