      Pros

      Co-workers work hard and many want to learn

      Cons

      Revolving door of employees. They expect a lot and the financial rewards are minimal. They use your earned "PTO" towards all holidays. Lee health does not pay for ANY holidays. So if you use up your PTO (due to sick time or vacation)and a holiday is in the time frame, you will not be paid for the holiday regardless. Many have two jobs to make ends meet, unbelievable for a billion dollar company.

      Pros

      Centrally located and proximity to home. Staff friendly, for the most part.

      Cons

      System directors are narcissistic and egotistical. Business practices are not standardized. Business staff lacks initiative. Management lacks the ability to lead and organize staff. Some conversations contain unethical practices.
