Cons
-Bond is there. After the completion of probation period the bond amount is raised like hell. And you will not be informed about that raised bond amount before joining the company. -This is not a 9 hours job. You probably have to work overnight (many times a month). -No sufficient training is provided. -There is no work-life balance. If you got a chance to work here then probably you will end up your social life. -There is no cab facility. Not even for girls. But if you take cab after 9 pm then you can reimburse for that. Is that safe for girls?? -For boys, late working hours, overnight stay to get the work completed. -Extreme work pressure.
