It is very unfortunate to learn that your experience with our company is not great, yet. Project Timelines We are aggressively growing every year and as a leading mobile application company, we believe we should surely work harder than our competitors. As you must be aware that Mobile App Industry is growing at a faster pace than ever before. Most of the times, our customers request for a quick turnaround on their applications. However, we always aim to be fair to our customers and to our employees. If you did feel at some point that your manager has not given you enough time to finish your piece of work then we highly encourage you to raise this apprehension with your manager. He/she might be able to adjust your role on the project, accordlngly. Working Hours Work timings are our biggest advantage and we are admired and appreciated by several employees for providing this policy. We introduced this policy a few year back when we felt that passionate employees are working more than their regular work timings and they are left with no personal time after office hours. So, we came up with the idea of giving them a choice of choosing their own work timings. However, a lot of times employees are requested to work with their managers. We feel this is a typical work culture in any growing company. We definetely hope that working with your team shall not harm your motivation level at large. Memo or Leave Policy We are a performance based company. We believe in performance and results. If you are not capable of deliverering the results at your performance best, than it becomes difficult to keep the relationship stronger. During your probation you are expected to work for the complete period as you are regularly evaluated on your performance. If you take unreasonable or unapproved leaves, it is very certain that this would not be taken positively towards your evaluation. (Company provides a good amount of leaves during the year for your personal and vacation time).
