Pros
The management/leadership at Legacy is not like any other place I've worked. They truly care about you, both as an employee and a person. The emphasis that Legacy places on integrity and customer service is something that makes me proud to work here. The opportunities with Legacy are many. The hours can be long the the compensation makes up for the long hours.
Cons
A somewhat "newer" company that still has some growing pains. As the company continues to grow I'm sure the benefits will get better. Lots of hours worked but I knew that when I signed on with Legacy, the long hours are rewarded!!
