- upfront salary - time flexibility - door to door sales training

Cons

- team morale was fairly low throughout my time with the company, saw quite a bit of turnover. - comprehensive training lacking to build competence and give new hires a chance. - the company promises autonomy but leadership always seemed too desperate and controlling for performance metrics.
