This company is built on three core value: Need to Achieve, Inspired to be Inspired, and Play as a Team. I have never worked for a company that implements it's core values 110 percent. Our culture here is amazing and everyone is kind and helpful. Working at Legal Monkeys has been extremely rewarding, as well as an amazing growing/wonderful opportunity.

On my second day, a team leader asked me if I was a slur. If you have medical issues that impact your work and you need an accommodation, they will go through the motions, but you will be judged for it. Religious scriptures are read and prayers performed at random times during the day. If you aren't outwardly religious, you will be judged. Management will straight up lie to your face to save their own behind.
