Pros

Strong core values and company purpose driving the company forward, everyone encourages growth and leadership and embraces finding better ways to do things, a good support system, feels more like a family than just a group of co-workers, daily huddle to share things we have learned with each other, monthly bonus structure, the culture here is unlike any other, and of course, Waffle Friday. This company is great, and I love working here. There are challenges, but that makes everyday an adventure, and when you have a great group of people working together, you can get anything done.

Cons

No health benefits and not the best pay, which is not helping the retention rate.

On my second day, a team leader asked me if I was a slur. If you have medical issues that impact your work and you need an accommodation, they will go through the motions, but you will be judged for it. Religious scriptures are read and prayers performed at random times during the day. If you aren't outwardly religious, you will be judged. Management will straight up lie to your face to save their own behind.
