I love the people that I work with and the fact that everyone is trying to get better. This is a fast growing company with great culture. This company is always looking for ways to innovate. People here believe in finding a better way in everything they do.

Cons

Company is growing so fast it has a hard time hiring fast enough. A few processes are missing since the company is growing so rapidly.

On my second day, a team leader asked me if I was a slur. If you have medical issues that impact your work and you need an accommodation, they will go through the motions, but you will be judged for it. Religious scriptures are read and prayers performed at random times during the day. If you aren't outwardly religious, you will be judged. Management will straight up lie to your face to save their own behind.
