Pros
I read most of the reviews on here and let me just say some of them are flat out ridiculous and harshly one sided, however everyone's experience is different and obviously you're entitled to your own opinion. I'm going to say this once but my review is solely based on MY employment experience here...1- Overtime is OPTIONAL. I have never heard of someone being forced into overtime and everyone's work load is different. The way you manage your daily routine is up to you and affects what your outcome will be. It's called being held accountable. 2- I have the best group of coworkers here than any job I've ever been at. All the team leads bring something different to the table so clearly not everyone has the same leading tactics. They are also LEARNING just like everyone else here who WANTS to be here. 3- This is a great job for the "younger" crowd. The culture is amazing and your input is always welcomed to upper management however it may not always be carried out, (don't get butt hurt). Like all the other reviews, yes this is a new and growing company but not everything is going to be perfect. It takes years to build a functioning business so give them a break. No one forces you to work here and if you can't find a better job then that is your own fault. ...4- The shadow process is not to waste 3 hours of your day. It's utilized so prospective employees can see what they are getting into. That's your chance to ask any questions regarding the position and what the job entails. Your experience is based on what YOU do and how YOU handle it. Again, I'll say it, NO ONE forces you to be here.
Cons
There aren't many cons but like I've said before, this is a new company so not everything is going to be in your favor. So much has changed since I first started and it continues to change.
