      Top performers have the opportunity to voice opinions and participate in future expansion. Invested in professional development. Managers truly care about growth of individuals and the company.

      Cons

      Not as much opportunity for immediate advancement as promised in interviews. Policy states that becomes open after 6 months if in good standing, but a lateral move with less pay doesn’t make sense.

      Good benefits and good culture

      Cons

      Very AI focused with constant fear of layoffs by employees (based on my experience). Pay isn’t great, especially given the current cost of living. Poor communication and planning regarding updates and project rollouts.
