Pros
Great benefits, fun and interesting colleagues, encouraging of teamwork within departments, and social events outside of work
Cons
Certain upper management members are not effective communicators, administrative tools were lousy, and at times still very much a start up environment. There is this strange competitiveness among certain departments who will walk over others to achieve revenue targets.
