      Pros

      Great benefits, great HR team, nice on site amenities.

      Cons

      No room for growth or upward mobility. Changing metrics as frequently as month to month makes it difficult to know your function. They make you say you’re acceptable to change in the interview and remind you of that too often.

      Work life balance is actually great. The people you work with are smart and generally fun to work with

      Roadmap is very disorganized, you kind of have to assume you will work on any random project each day
